Job Overview

Seco Restore Inc., a rapidly expanding leader in residential restoration services, is looking for two motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help grow our referral network and increase market visibility. This part-time, field-based position is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys networking in the community, and wants to develop a career in business development with a mission-driven team. No prior experience is required-we value personality, drive, and coachability above all.

Key Responsibilities-

Identify and connect with potential referral partners (, plumbers, roofers, insurance agents, property managers) via cold calls, drop-ins, and networking.-

Introduce Seco Restore in person to local businesses and build awareness of our services.-

Schedule and attend meetings with leads, maintaining follow-up communication and nurturing relationships.-

Represent the company at local community events, trade shows, and expos.-

Track interactions and outcomes using CRM software and mobile tools.-

Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to align on outreach strategies and marketing goals.-

Contribute feedback and insights from field activity to support ongoing marketing campaigns.-

Assist the marketing team in brainstorming new ideas for outreach and engagement.

Qualifications-

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-

Adaptable and eager to learn about the restoration industry and local market trends.-

Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision.-

Basic tech literacy for CRM data entry, email, and mobile apps.-

Positive, coachable attitude and strong teamwork orientation.-

High School diploma or GED required.-

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.-

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
