Business Process Manager - Drive Operational Excellence Through Process Design and Innovation

Lead, Redesign & Improve the Way We Work

You'll own the process from vision to execution, guiding teams and stakeholders toward meaningful change.

• Analyze & Design Solutions : Translate business goals into functional, outcome-focused process improvements.
• Drive Process Transformation : Facilitate solution planning, perform gap analyses, and develop sustainable business practices.
• Manage Projects End-to-End : Oversee project execution, risks, timelines, and stakeholder engagement from start to finish.
• Build System Alignment : Integrate tools and platforms to eliminate inefficiencies and improve transparency.
• Train & Guide Teams : Develop tools, training, and documentation that ensure successful adoption and lasting results.
• Monitor & Report Impact : Track KPIs, report outcomes, and continuously improve process effectiveness across functions.

Work Environment & Travel

Based in a corporate office with occasional time in production areas; must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. This role requires up to 50% travel, including visits to U.S. locations and Hawaii.
