Senior Mobile Developer

Location : Houston Texas (The Woodlands) OR Wichita Kansas

Schedule : Hybrid - at least 3 days a week in the office

Travel : Minimal, 5% - 10%

Pay Range : $80,000 - $100,000 per year base salary

About the Role

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will work as part of an Agile development team delivering IntelliSPEC's next-generation mobile platform. You will architect, develop, and optimize mobile applications that combine offline-first capabilities, offline edge AI processing, and integration with a scalable microservices architecture.

This role blends deep technical problem-solving with modern UI and UX design patterns, ensuring applications are not only high performing in remote and challenging industrial environments, but also intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging.

The Team

You will join IntelliSPEC's Product Engineering group, a collaborative, high-performing team at the intersection of edge computing, cloud platforms, and AI-driven analytics. We thrive on solving complex engineering problems, delivering reliable solutions, and pushing mobile technology boundaries.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 8+ years in mobile development with React Native, Flutter, or native iOS / Android, plus proficiency in C#, .NET MVC, and Node.js for backend service development and integration
• Proven experience building offline-first applications with robust data sync, local storage, and conflict resolution strategies
• Hands-on experience with offline mobile databases such as Realm or SQLite, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices integration, and mobile performance optimization
• Experience implementing offline AI models including :

Packaging and deploying trained ML / AI models to mobile or edge devices
