Job descriptionPrevious experience in floral design 3 years plus experience Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers Retail sales experience is a plus Cash handling experience and familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and a creative eye for design Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others Multilingual skills are a bonus 8 hour shift Day shift - 8am - 5pm Weekends as needed

Duties :
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new stock as needed
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers according to design specifications
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are properly cared for and maintained
