60,000 - $85,000 +.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY :

Oversee 3 Supervisors, 75 total team members in the call center.

Drive business results by creating a culture of accountability, consistency, and quality.

Develop team members in all aspects to ensure excellent customer experiences are being provided.

Plan strategic level goals for the team and creating the steps to executing those goals.

May involve working a set or rotating schedule, with some on call work.

BACKGROUND PROFILE :

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience in a call center (4+ years preferred).

Supervisory or Management Experience.

Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and training skills.
