The Innovation team is seeking a Manager (Product Engineering) based out of any of our East Coast office locations (Princeton, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; Whippany, NJ; East Brunswick, NJ; Saddle Brook, NJ, New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Woburn, MA; Braintree, MA; Bethesda, MD; Boca Raton, FL; or Orlando, FL) within the US . This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of various initiatives within the Innovation Solutions team. The Product Engineer will also collaborate with teams by participating in technical and strategic insight sessions to identify and address business / product issues and opportunities and ensures that technical procedures align with the business / product vision.

How You’ll Spend Your Time :

• Leading the development team in designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications that leverage AI and RPA technologies, including UiPath, Power Platform, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Developing scalable cloud-native applications and automation solutions
• Building innovative products that span multiple service offerings
• Contributing to product functions such as planning, design, integration, testing, and deployment
• Acting as a cross-functional team member by coding, writing, and performing automated tests
• Independently delivering development tasks committed to
• Demonstrating advanced knowledge of technical components across the stack and the SDLC
• Expanding knowledge of technical components in domains / products
• Possessing a strong knowledge of development tools and a passion for learning new technologies
• Understanding how to prioritize technical tasks using the backlog
• Participating in discussions with the innovation team to translate business / product requirements and client needs into technology requirements
• Participating in sprint planning and project / process specification meetings
• Demonstrating the following technical skills :
• Extensive Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Data Factory, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Storage Account, App Service and Azure DevOps
• Building and maintaining cloud native application and services in Microsoft Azure
• Database experience (SQL Server, Dataverse, Cosmos DB, etc.)
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., C#.NET / VB.NET) to provide Azure-based integration solutions.
• Experience with ReactJS and other JavaScript library
• Restful API Integrations
