Join our team! We are looking for fun and enthusiastic people who love working with children. Primrose School of Green Oaks is excited to welcome new teachers to the wonderful world of early childhood education. Our team is a mix of veteran and new teachers who look forward to sharing our school culture with you! Primrose School of Green Oaks is located at 1900 Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington TX 76006. Hours of operation : Monday thru Friday, 6 : 30am – 6 : 30pm. We offer a variety of scheduled shifts throughout the day. NO NIGHTS or WEEKENDS. Primrose School of Green Oaks is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child-care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged students.

Desired skills and experience :

  • Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, and child safety. For Infant and Young Toddler teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
  • Childcare experience preferred, but not required.
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • Primary Responsibilities :

  • Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children.
  • Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose School of NE Green Oaks and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
  • Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and programming.
  • Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
  • Provides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior.
