This job is for someone who wants to be a role model to children, who wants to teach, and believes in early childhood education.

This job is for someone who knows consistency matters to the children, who wants to work at a center that has high standards and expectations, and knows what we do each day matters.

At Kiddie Academy of Bryan & College Station we serve children 6-weeks to 12-years of age.
We implement a high quality curriculum in a structured environment.
We are passionate about the development, growth and safety of the children we serve.

As an employee at Kiddie Academy of Bryan & College Station, you will be expected to:

  • Provide a safe, loving , nurturing classroom environment.
  • Supervise children closely and responsibly at all times.
  • Implement the provided curriculum.
  • Follow all policy & procedures set forth by us and Child Care Regulations.
  • Guide and support children in a positive manner.
  • Communicate with coworkers, leadership and families professionally.
  • Be open to coaching, learning and growing.
  • Be a team player.
