Job Description : About Position

The Student Associate will be the primary connector for students, connecting people to God, people, and the mission. The Student Associate reports directly to our Family Life Director.

You Are :

Passionate about connecting students to God, People, and the mission.

Striving toward our mission of having the most people in the kingdom of heaven in the shortest time.

Willing to do whatever it takes to make our team successful.

Energized by loving and caring for our volunteers and students.

You Will Be :

Responsible for outpost student connections.

Following up via email to parent inquiries, student inquiries, and staff emails.

Tracking attendance and following up with first-time guests.

Connecting with other ministries regarding - wins, challenges, issues, needs, etc.

Evaluating the student experience and providing writing improvement ideas.

Recruiting, training, equipping, and deploying Student volunteers.

Providing leadership and insight to the outpost you are assigned to.

Willing to try new ways to reach the most students in the shortest time.

You have :

Education level of an associate, college degree, or equivalent training and experience.

Relational skills with the ability to build and work in team-based structures.

Effective communicator, both written and verbal.

Ability to listen to and communicate with students and connect with individuals.

Experience in leading teams.

Able to work from a laptop and use basic computer programs.

Ability to lead, guide, and correct volunteers.

Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
