Job Summary

The IT Operation department at BBC has an opportunity for a student to assist students, faculty & staff with hardware / software computing problems. The position will also include the following :

• Oversee Lab opening functions, including filling printer with paper and assisting users with basic functionality of the Lab.
• Assist Supervisor with the management of the Lab, including cleaning computer equipment and tables, move equipment as needed, setup computer systems and assist with software installations and updates.
• Answers calls and assist with customers in both the front desk and in the computer lab.
• Works on various operating systems (Mac and Windows) and performs maintenance on workstations.

Have 0-2 years of scripting experience with :

Powershell

Troubleshooting the workstation. Both from a software and hardware perspective.
