Restoration Technician Contract To Hire
Location : Saint Paul, Minnesota
Pay : $18-22 / hour
Hours : 7 : 00am - 5 : 00 / 5 : 30pm
On-call schedule : 5pm-7am one night per week & one weekend per month
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and site cleanup
- Assist with demolition, fixture removal, and securing structures
- Document job progress using photos, notes, and digital tools
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and safety equipment
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts (nights / weekends)
