PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

The primary responsibility of an Imaging Clerk is to accurately review, and process vendor

invoices, ensuring that invoices are correctly logged, approved, and processed for payment. The Imaging

Clerk is also responsible to reconcile invoices with purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain

detailed records for financial audits.
