We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis at Redox. Reporting directly to our CFO, you will play a critical role in helping Redox achieve its growth and financial objectives. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with senior leaders across all functions within Redox - including Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations - to drive decision-making with data and financial insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Partner with department leaders to develop financial plans aligned to strategic and operational goals
- Provide monthly reporting packages and dashboards to track financial and business performance
- Deliver scenario modeling, board-level presentations, and ad-hoc analysis to support executive decisions
- Develop, maintain, and improve the long-range financial model
- Collaborate with Accounting to execute accurate and timely close and financial reporting
- Support fundraising initiatives and reporting to existing investors
- Serve as a thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and executive team

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $150,000 - $200,000 per year. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education / certification, and interview assessment.
