Job descriptionCrisis Response (30%) : Deliver immediate intervention and support to clients in crisis at the location where the crisis is occurring Documentation (30%) : Complete all required data entry and documentation in accordance with agency policy. On-Call Availability (30%) : Be reachable by phone and ready to respond within a 1-hour radius coordinating with your on-call partner Compliance & Standards (10%) : Uphold UnityPoint Health values maintain required certifications and adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines Mental health professional as defined in Iowa Code section 228.1 Bachelors degree; or Associates degree; or High school diploma Mental health professional : 1 year of mental health experience Bachelors in human services : 1 year Bachelors in non-human services : 2 years Associates degree : 2 years High school diploma : 2 years Valid drivers license and compliance with Eyerly Balls auto insurance policy Must pass criminal records and dependent adult / child abuse checks

UnityPoint Health is seeking compassionate and resilient individuals to join our Mobile Crisis Response Team. As a Mobile Crisis On-Call Counselor you will provide on-site support and consultation to clients experiencing mental health crises in community or home settings. This role is vital in helping individuals achieve stability during critical moments.
Current openings & locations :
(2) Algona IA - Weekends flexible hours based on applicants availability
Shifts : The shifts range from 7a-3p 3p-11p and 11p-7a daily. On call pay is $3.25 to be available.
