Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our progressively growing team, and oversee all the leasing efforts for assigned community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer service background, and basic computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants with HUD knowledge and experience. The position will require organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. A professional image must be maintained by following our dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the employee handbook. To ensure STR gets the best candidates, we offer a competitive pay and benefits package.
