Location : St. Petersburg, FL - In Hybrid Model

Please note that this role cannot accept Visa Transfer or C2C.

The Client is looking to build up their embedded project engineering team! Their focus is on the defense and aerospace industry, but still conduct research on new projects. (Security Clearance may be requested depending on the team you are on). They are a larger-sized company, with a few thousand employees.

Their company mission is focused on product innovation, but also education in commercial and government aspects. So, you will be part of multiple teams in creating new products, but also working on existing ones to maintain upkeep and help with the transfer of older products possibly in the lab setting.

They do work on all aspects of engineering, so they have a software / hardware and firmware team. This is very fast paced, so you will need to be experienced and able to get the ball rolling, your team will be mid- senior level. You will have the opportunity to work on different projects every few months.

For the Role :

5+ Years of experience in aerospace, robotics, or medical technology industries.
Expert experiences in embedded C and C++.
Hands on experience with hardware and driver development.
Experience with multi-core embedded systems, fault tolerance systems, and tracking software.
Worked with GPS, navigation and / or mapping systems in a product setting.
