The iOS Developer Experience (DevXP) team enables feature engineers at Slack to tackle complicated problems quickly by pioneering an agentic software development lifecycle (Agentic SDLC)—where intelligent tools and autonomous workflows handle the heavy lifting so engineers don’t have to reinvent the wheel. We’re looking for engineers who specialize in iOS tooling, Bazel build systems, and integrating modern AI agents into the development pipeline through software factories, agentic automated testing, and more! You excel in leading others and derive joy from mentoring and growing other iOS engineers in an increasingly AI-assisted landscape.
