RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS :
- Deliver Shipments in a safe and timely manner.
- Operation and Maintenance of EquipmentRead and interpret various gauges and instruments used in loading and handling equipment.Analyze and evaluate work conditions and make adjustments to equipment as necessary.Deliver shipments in a safe and timely manner.Perform equipment inspections in accordance with DOT requirements.Make minor repairs to equipment as needed to maintain fleet operation.
- Safety and ComplianceEnsure the DOT, safety, TCEQ, and environmental regulations are followed.
- TrainingEducate and train the local contractors in the safe handling of quicklime / slurry, and cover emergency medical procedures in case of accidental exposure.Be a positive leader that encourages cross-functional communication.
