Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the growth and management of client accounts

• Prepare engaging proposals and support contract negotiations

• Facilitate the onboarding and coordination of new candidates

• Conduct market research to identify potential new client leads

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all client communications

• Participate actively in meetings with both internal teams and clients

• Help address and resolve any client-related issues promptly

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities

• A detail-oriented individual with a proactive problem-solving approach

• Able to work both collaboratively and independently

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus
