We are looking for a Creative Director to join our Custom Design team. The Creative Director role is an advanced level position that requires demonstrated project-based leadership and responsibilities relating to team and overall project performance. We are looking for a talented individual that can ideate and execute and lead others toward unique design solutions.

Responsibilities / Functions :

• Lead design projects, from concept to completion and attend key meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate, review & critique design documents and play a key role in ensuring projects are on schedule, on budget, reflect the latest industry trends, and meet all business objectives.
• Ability to manage various and multiple project timelines.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship management, including managing and mentoring multiple project teams.
• Develop and implement creative processes and initiatives within the organization with a strong focus on team development.
• Ability to self-manage, multi-task and succeed in a busy, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience and comfortability presenting in front of both internal and external clients.
• Experience with business development, estimating, writing proposals and creative briefs.
• Ability to maintain a flexible travel schedule and to travel on short-notice on a per project basis.
