WHO we’re looking for: We are looking for an Accounting Analyst I to Perform financial analysis and accounting support for a multi-entity business, delivering timely month end analysis, variance explanations, and operational insights to the Accounting Manager. Support consolidated reporting across domestic and foreign entities, assist with intercompany reconciliations, and help drive process improvements, automation and ERP data integrity. Role and Responsibilities: Budgeting and annual planning — collect department inputs, consolidate into the master budget, and maintain assumptions. Rolling forecasts and scenario analysis — update rolling forecasts, run sensitivity scenarios, and quantify upside/downside impacts. Variance analysis — explain differences between actuals, budget, and prior periods; identify drivers and recommend corrective actions. Financial modeling and ad‑hoc analysis — build and maintain models for revenue, cost, and cash flow; support pricing, product, or investment decisions. Data consolidation and dashboarding — create dashboards and KPIs in Excel, Power BI, or other tools to improve visibility for the executive team. Required Experience and Education: 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience; exposure to multi-entity or international operations preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Excel modeling (pivot tables, advanced formulas, structured models) is essential. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. ERP and reporting systems exposure (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Sage Intacct) is a plus. Necessary Skills and Attributes: Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion. Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present analysis to finance and non finance stakeholders. Analytical thinker, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
