ActalentOrlando, FL, United StatesActively looking to hire multiple Clinical Research Finance Specialists to work on a remote basis supporting a growing clinical research organization! Must have experience working in Peoplesoft / Clinical Conductor, as well as clinical research! Must be comfortable working in EST time zone.ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of solid accounts receivable experience.Previous experience in clinical research.Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.Proficiency in data entry with a knack for numbers.Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting softwareProficiency in English and MS Office.Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Clinical Conductor, PeopleSoft, CTMS, and other clinical research management systems.Advanced skills in ExcelWork EnvironmentThis is a remote position offering a great opportunity to work with one of the nation's top hospital / research systems.
