  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to prospective and existing clients.
  • Communicate complex financial strategies clearly and effectively.
  • Oversee trade execution, insurance analysis, suitability review, and client account changes with accuracy and care.
  • Maintain required licenses, certifications, and continuing education.
  • Represent the firm through client meetings, seminars, community engagement, and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Securities (Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63 and 65) and resident state Life, Health and Annuities registration.
  • Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Thrivent Investment Management is the sponsor for FINRA registration, and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is the sponsor for insurance licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

Here, you'll enjoy:

  • Base salary is tied to recurring revenue from your book of business, with additional revenue sharing on first-year commissions and advisory fees. $125,000-$175,000 based upon experience and active licensure.
  • Medical, dental, and vision available.
  • Employer paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
