Expected pay for this position is $23.35 - $27.48/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Flight Communications Specialist is a critical part of the OSF Life Flight Team. The Flight Communications Specialist receives all calls requesting Life Flight and dispatches the flight crews according to established procedures. The Flight Communications Specialist also flight follows with all OSF Aviation aircraft and with any other medical helicopter flying into the Peoria area. The Flight Communications Specialist exhibits professionalism at all times in all situations. The Flight Communications Specialist must be able to follow policy and procedures but also be able to adapt to changing situations as needed.
