A company is looking for an Equity Plan Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage the full lifecycle of equity compensation plans, including grant agreements and exercise documents
Maintain accurate and timely equity data within the equity management platform and track vesting milestones
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding equity compensation plans and generate reports on stock plan activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock plan administration or equity compensation required
Experience with public companies preferred
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation - Level I or higher preferred
Hands-on experience with equity management platforms required
