Salary : $95,000 - $148,000

PGH Wong was established in 1985 on its extraordinary foundation in systems engineering and is now a full-service engineering, architecture, construction management, and program / project management consulting firm for public and private entities across the nation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Provide photographic records.
- Be able to read and understand architectural, structural, and civil drawings
- Be able to redline drawings and pictures using adobe acrobat
- Track completed work; and assist in reviewing contractors progress payments
- Provide field support services for submittals, RFIs, and requests for contract change orders.
- Notify the resident engineer of any observed non-conformances and assist in the issuance of non-conformance reports as required.
- Participate in and / or conduct planning, preconstruction, coordination, progress, scheduling, and field staff meetings.
- Review plans, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, constructability reviews and contract closeout records.
- Assist in detecting and resolving disputes and / or problems
- Respond to complaints from the public
- Ensure that all required tests, operations, measurements, and inspections are scheduled, and ordered, staff working on progress payments by verifying and preparing quantity and progress estimates.
- Maintain records on unit price quantities, labor, equipment and progress for change order work.
- Review change orders for implementation.
- Make field measurements and maintain as-built drawing records.
- Conduct and / or witness testing of contract material, equipment, and installations.
- Report safety and traffic hazards, defective work, and debris to the contractor for correction.
