As a Senior Project Manager in Healthcare Construction, you'll be at the helm of groundbreaking projects that will shape the future of the healthcare industry. You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge healthcare facilities, including hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), and various expansion and renovation projects. This permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You'll be a key player in our team, driving project success from conception to completion, and ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage a diverse range of healthcare construction projects from start to finish, including ground up construction, expansions, additions, and renovations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are effectively coordinated and completed on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
• Ensure that all projects comply with industry regulations and standards, as well as our own stringent quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and any significant issues or changes.
• Continually look for opportunities to improve processes and outcomes, driving efficiency and quality across all projects.
