  • Physical Setup Rack, stack, and connect networking gear, servers, workstations, and related peripherals
  • Desktop Support MS and Mac based Workstations
  • System Administration Account and permission setting within MS365 (Email, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc) and / or Google WorkspaceBasic configuration of Microsoft Server Administration (including Active Directory and Group Policy) for on prem and AzureCreating, managing, and maintaining backup systems and softwareConfiguring users and devices for VOIP services like MS Teams, Zoom, Ring Central, or Goto
  • Security Antivirus Installation and Management
  • Remote Monitoring and Management Autotask / Datto or similar systemsMDMs
  • Responsibilities :

  • Follow and support management in their direction and leadership and collaborating in achieving company goals
  • Provide best-in-class IT services to Think Connected's customers
  • Maintain excellent customer service to all customers in all situations
  • Manage tickets assigned to you and complete responsibly
  • Consistently track billable project and task time
  • Implement portions of larger well-defined projects on time
  • Follow known procedures with accuracy and consistency
  • Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times
  • Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance
  • Setup and maintenance of all computer and peripheral hardware
  • Assist with monitoring and tracking of service tickets to ensure that resolution occurs within the customer's scope of services
  • Manage and assist in the maintenance or repair of appropriate technologies and peripherals to ensure availability and good working condition of all equipment
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the customer's specific business environment

  • Experience :

  • IT Services / Helpdesk Support : 2 years (Required)
  • MSP : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Additional Considerations (pluses) :

  • Managed service experience
  • Desire to gain more exposure to best in class technology services
  • SharePoint Online implementation
  • Database design or administration
  • Scripting or coding skills (HTML 5.0 / CSS, Powershell, JavaScript, etc)
  • Experience utilizing Autotask & Datto RMM to perform MSP functions
