We offer competitive pay starting at $23 per hour, with monthly bonuses that allow top-performing employees to earn an average of $25 per hour. Job Responsibilities :
Clean and maintain residential homes, Airbnb properties, and commercial spaces with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
Perform both standard and deep cleaning services, including carpet care and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure Airbnb properties are guest-ready with quick turnovers and restocking of essentials.
Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and adapt to special client requests as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial).
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and occasional short-notice requests.
Comfortable using technology for scheduling and task management.
