Job descriptionPatient Care : Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with severe and life-threatening conditions, such as overdose, post-surgery recovery, trauma, and chronic illnesses. Critical Thinking : Operate in a challenging environment, requiring strong knowledge, quick judgment, and problem-solving skills to manage patients with the highest acuity. Monitoring & Support : Utilize sophisticated monitoring equipment and techniques to assess patients' conditions and provide the necessary interventions for optimal outcomes. Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for patients in the ICU. Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required. Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience is mandatory. MA or crisis license : Candidates with prior hits on their license are not eligible for the emergency license in Massachusetts.
Position Overview :
- We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team.
