Marketing Implementation Specialist, Topeka, KS
Insurance Agency Marketing Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the bridge between our clients, sales team, vendors, and internal marketing department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of marketing concepts, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Marketing Implementation Specialist will be responsible for discussing and implementing marketing solutions with clients and sales representatives, coordinating with third-party vendors, and providing ongoing training and support to ensure successful marketing program execution.
This is a full-time, in-office position , with work hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities :
- Client & Sales Collaboration :
Engage with our agents and internal sales representatives to assess agent marketing needs and recommend appropriate strategies or solutions.
Coordinate and execute marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives from planning through to launch.
Work directly with marketing vendors (e.g., print shops, digital agencies, etc.) to facilitate deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for internal teams and clients on marketing tools, systems, and best practices.
Maintain detailed records of client marketing preferences, implementation progress, and vendor interactions.
