Marketing Implementation Specialist, Topeka, KS

Insurance Agency Marketing Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the bridge between our clients, sales team, vendors, and internal marketing department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of marketing concepts, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Marketing Implementation Specialist will be responsible for discussing and implementing marketing solutions with clients and sales representatives, coordinating with third-party vendors, and providing ongoing training and support to ensure successful marketing program execution.

This is a full-time, in-office position , with work hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client & Sales Collaboration :

Engage with our agents and internal sales representatives to assess agent marketing needs and recommend appropriate strategies or solutions.

  • Serve as a marketing resource to explain available tools, campaigns, and options to both our agents and internal teams.
  • Customize marketing plans based on agent goals and product / service offerings.
  • Project Implementation :
  • Coordinate and execute marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives from planning through to launch.

  • Ensure timely and accurate implementation of marketing strategies in alignment with agent expectations
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed with agent.
  • Vendor Coordination :
  • Work directly with marketing vendors (e.g., print shops, digital agencies, etc.) to facilitate deliverables, pricing, and timelines.

  • Training & Support :
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for internal teams and clients on marketing tools, systems, and best practices.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training to ensure adoption and success.
  • Documentation & Reporting :
  • Maintain detailed records of client marketing preferences, implementation progress, and vendor interactions.

  • Prepare periodic reports and updates for stakeholders regarding marketing activities and outcomes.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, client-facing, or project coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, both digital and traditional.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable presenting and training groups of various sizes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
