The Human Resources intern will gain valuable exposure and hands-on experience in various HR functions. This internship offers real-world working experience and enhances understanding of HR business practices through training, mentorship, and interaction with senior executives. The selected intern will actively contribute to the success of Accertify's growing Human Resources team.

Responsibilities :

• Collect, analyze, and summarize HR data, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to support business needs.
• Provide insights and suggestions on current advertising tactics, social media tools, digital marketing, and recruitment marketing products and platforms.
• Assisting with special projects, such as updating newsletters and communications, which will keep employees informed and engaged.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automate employee changes and reporting processes.
• Understanding and assisting, maintaining, and generating HR standard reports will provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Develop internal and external content to support employment branding on Accertify social channels, positioning Accertify as a global employer of choice.
• Assists with the maintenance of HRIS training material
• Extensive knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data; Develop / recommend a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the employer branding strategy.
