Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance. Networking at professional organizations, association meetings, and mixers. Complete necessary paperwork and input information into the software system after a sale. Taking care of inbound calls Attend networking events and support local and community events. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Self-starter, driven, and able to manage rejection well. - Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license
- 3 years of more insurance experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to commute to our Lubbock, TX office location (this is an in-office position)
