Position Overview : The Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys by managing a variety of litigation-related tasks. Responsibilities include case file management, assisting attorneys with case preparation, drafting legal documents, maintaining electronic databases, and client reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Primary Responsibilities :

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple attorneys and partners.
- Assist with the preparation of discovery, pleadings, and motions.
- Draft and update client reports.
- Organize, review, summarize, and draft documents.
- Conduct basic research on court rules and litigation trends.
- Manage requests for medical records and communicate with physicians and facilities.
- Analyze medical records and prepare summaries.
- Perform electronic filing in federal and state courts.
- Correspond with clients, opposing counsel, and court clerks.
- Assist with all aspects of trial preparation.

Compensation and Benefits Overview : $65,000-$80,000 (DOE)
