About the Role

As a Litigation Paralegal , you’ll play an essential role supporting trial attorneys on high-stakes cases from pre-suit through trial and appeal. You’ll assist with case management, trial preparation, and the coordination of courtroom technology, while ensuring all filings, deadlines, and documents are handled with precision and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal articles
• Prepare and file pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery materials in state and federal courts
• Assist with deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial preparation
• Manage courtroom technology and troubleshoot technical issues during proceedings
• Organize trial “war rooms” and provide on-site trial support to attorneys as needed
• Coordinate and track docket events, hearings, and court deadlines
• E-file documents with courts and administrative agencies
• Manage discovery, including document review, indexing, and production
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and assist with courtroom visuals
• Maintain client files, open new matters, and assist with billing and administrative support
