The Substitute Teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes skills and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature able and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God.

The Substitute Teacher shall :

• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular Teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students
• Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation minimize distractions and maintain a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each individual student
• Supervise students in and out of the classroom
• For longterm substitutes : develop lesson plans and assignments consistent with the regular teachers past lesson plans and integrate biblical principles in the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities.
• Follow the Matthew 18 principle in dealing with conflict with students parents staff and administration.

6. We believe God created the sacrament of marriage to be the union of one man and one woman and is a reflection of Christs relationship to his church (Ephesians 5 : 2527 .

7. We believe that God wonderfully created each person as distinctly male or female. These two distinct complimentary genders together reflect the image and nature of God (Genesis 1 : 27 .
