Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies. Strong technical writing and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with assessment writing and standard operating procedures (SOP). Detail-oriented and results-driven approach.

Job Summary :
Join our team as a Complaints Investigation Technical Investigator, where you'll play a crucial role in assessing and improving drug delivery devices. This position involves hands-on work with advanced equipment to ensure product quality and enhance patient experiences.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct device assessments for complaint samples and document findings in detailed reports.
- Deliver timely evaluation reports and communicate results to management and cross-functional teams.
- Manage lab infrastructure, including equipment implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide equipment requirements for new device platforms.
- Support investigations through characterization testing and data analysis.
- Lead root cause analysis for mechanical and electromechanical products.
