Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Personal Care Attendant who will provide assistance to participants in their homes or day centers. The role involves demonstrating the necessary knowledge and skills to offer personal care and ADL/IADL care to frail elderly individuals, ensuring their safety and comfort while living in the community. The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) will deliver care and services according to the participant's care plan by following PACE regulations.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Provide personal care and assistance to participants in their homes or day centers.
• Deliver ADL/IADL care to support the elderly in living safely in the community.
• Follow and implement care and service plans as determined by the participant's care plan.
