Responsibilities Strategically plan, implement, and manage digital, paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns across various platforms, for pharmaceutical client accounts. Proactively identify, assess, and implement new opportunities and optimizations within digital channels. Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies and campaign optimization. Conduct daily monitoring of key platform performance metrics to inform and enhance media strategy. Effectively manage and allocate budgets across multiple channels, aligning with approved budgets and campaign KPIs. Monitor and analyze critical performance metrics, delivering insightful and actionable recommendations. Execute and analyze media campaign tests, extracting data-driven insights to maximize ROI. Coordinate with media teams, strategically planning media buys to ensure seamless integration into the overall marketing plan. Requirements 7+ years of experience in media required. 4+ years of experience in a media agency setting required, managing direct reports. Pharmaceutical client experience required for consideration (healthcare will not be considered) Proficiency in managing media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s Degree in media, marketing, or similar. Client facing experience required. Experience in managing organic & paid media planning / buying. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Data Studio preferred. If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today.
