Job descriptionBachelor degree or higher in a chemical, biological, or medical science. A willingness to learn new techniques and technologies, with enthusiasm for continuous professional development. Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills. Proficiency in operating general laboratory equipment, including telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms. Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent. Hands-on experience in medical microbiology. Laboratory training or experience in high-complexity testing.
