Pay : $20-24 / hour DOE
Responsibilities :
- Maintain an understanding of all loan products including FHA, VA, SDH, Rural Development and Conventional Real Estate and knowledge of Investor requirements, as well as compliance requirements
- Order and monitor receipt of required documents for loan process such as income, asset and employment verifications, appraisals, title, surveys, etc.
- Communicate with borrowers, Realtors, and all other parties to gather and prepare necessary documentation for initial underwriting review, and to clear loan approval conditions
- Document loans files to ensure efficiency, quality and accessibility for Mortgage Loan Originators, Underwriters, Compliance, and Shipping
- Provide updates to borrowers, Realtors, and Mortgage Loan Originators
- Work efficiently within necessary time frames to ensure lock-ins do not expire and closing dates are not jeopardized
- Coordinate and Schedule closings with borrowers, Realtors, and title companies
- Prepare loan closing documents and closing packages, and request funding
