The Opportunity This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing ASC operations, regulatory compliance, and staff performance. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure adherence to CMS and Joint Commission standards, and foster a collaborative culture centered on patient safety and exceptional service. Your leadership will directly influence workflow efficiency, regulatory readiness, and the overall surgical experience for patients and physicians alike.
