Job descriptionActive Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the state of practice. Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred. Knowledge of Medicare Part B documentation and regulations. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible, home-based schedule. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills. CPR and other relevant certifications as required. Location : Medicare Part B visits- Ft. Lauderdale / Sunrise / Hollywood / Hallandale Beach Area- PRN
Job Type : Independent Contractor (1099)
Pay : $70-$75 / visit

Position Summary :
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care for Medicare Part B patients. Help patients improve daily living skills, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life-all from the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess patients in their homes and create personalized therapy plans.
- Provide skilled interventions to improve daily living skills and independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety, exercises, and adaptive strategies.
- Document progress and ensure compliance with Medicare Part B regulations.
- Collaborate with the home health / therapy team to coordinate patient care.
- Adjust treatments based on patient progress and needs.
Qualifications :
