What We're Looking For
At tmp, our Account Managers are the driving force behind work that matters. We're looking for someone who doesn't just "manage accounts," but who brings curiosity, confidence, and creativity to every client relationship. You'll sit at the center of our campaigns, ensuring ideas are transformed into results with impact.
This role is about more than project delivery. It's about building trusted partnerships, spotting opportunities to push the work further, and ensuring every campaign feels like magic. With the support of your Account Director, you'll guide clients and teams alike through the journey from idea to execution, always keeping us on track, on budget, and inspired along the way.
What You'll Do
Client Management
- Be the heartbeat of the client relationship by providing clear, consistent, and timely communication in real-time.
- Lead the rhythm of delivery by providing work, timeline, and budget updates, coordinating status meetings, and flagging blockers or risks to the client.
- Participate in briefings to capture client requirements and reporting needs.
- Capture and distribute feedback, and follow-up on any action points to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Support your Account Director by growing relationships with clients through continuous responsive communication, solutions, and by managing appropriate expectations.
