Job description

Our client is seeking a Learning & Performance Manager to support the Technology Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team.

The ideal candidate will require extensive experience working with Knowledge Transfer processes and Training Needs Analysis at the Functional, Sub-Functional, and Role level. Additionally, the candidate for this role will be a strong thought leader ready to focus on learning, talent, and enablement.

People are at the heart of what we do and are the primary focus of the Organizational Effectiveness team’s work. Our team of experienced talent architects, change practitioners, and learning and communications professionals accomplish this mission by maintaining a constant focus on enabling the organization to continually learn, grow, and improve by bringing the best solutions to every project. This Learning & Performance Manager will play a vital role in executing our vision for building new capabilities in India.

Key Responsibilities :

The Manager will be responsible for executing on organizational effectiveness strategies around knowledge transfer in support of onboarding new staff at the India Site.

The Manager will work with the Technology Organizational Effectiveness Team to define and drive a sustainable knowledge transfer process that enables a seamless timebound staff experience for DTI Stakeholders, including the new hires at the India Site.

Specifically, this role will :

  • Manage and deliver on assigned scope with limited oversight.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, hiring managers and experts to :
  • Leverage the Technology / Artificial Intelligence & Data learning and onboarding process to develop Learning for Performance plans and knowledge transfer plans for onboarding DTI staff in various roles in India.
  • Identify potential knowledge transfer gaps, build plans to address gaps, and coordinate with key stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure gaps are addressed.
  • Develop an approach to address sustainment and management of knowledge transfer assets, including content repositories and on-going activities for on-boarding new staff.
  • Identify post on-boarding learning needs and provide templates for hiring managers to incorporate into Staff Upskilling plans
  • Provide consistent communications and engagements with key stakeholders around initiative needs, deliverables, and risks.
  • Appropriately escalate issues that may impact Technology’s strategy implementation through coordination and engagement with key stakeholders as well as internal line management.
  • Maintain a culture of continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of learning and / or talent management experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills with audiences of all levels.
  • High level of situational awareness to assess impacts of organizational change.
  • Experience developing a set of actionable and targeted plans, including communications, coaching, training, resistance management and sponsor roadmaps.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Possess a basic understanding of SAFe and Agile ways of working.
  • Excellent oral and presentation skills; ability to negotiate, influence and persuade.
  • Demonstrated Program Management Skills.
