Our client, a leading organization in the testing and laboratory services industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Technician to join their team. As a Field Technician, you will be an essential part of the laboratory operations supporting quality assurance and testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, quick learning ability, and meticulous attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Field Technician
Location: Hampton, VA
Pay Range: $18/hr weekly pay!
Shift: Tuesday through Saturday from 6 am to 2 pm
What's the Job?

Perform operations including grinding, crushing, dividing, drying, and mixing of coal and coke samples.

Maintain the integrity of samples throughout the preparation process.
-
Collect and verify the identity of gross samples, report any issues to supervisors.
-
Conduct physical laboratory tests such as crushing, sieving, weighing, and recording data accurately.
-
Clean and organize work areas, and store reserve samples as instructed.
What's Needed?
-
High School diploma or GED required.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
