About the Role7-Eleven in Pflugerville is hiring Overnight Cashiers to support store operations during late-night hours. This customer-facing role includes handling transactions, stocking, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
We are consistently hiring for evening and overnight shifts as part of our ongoing staffing needs.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
What You’ll Do - Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Operate the POS system and process fuel and cash transactions.
- Promote rewards and loyalty programs.
- Prepare food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain clean restrooms, pump stations, and store areas.
- Stock and organize shelves and coolers.
- Follow all food safety and health guidelines.
What We’re Looking For - Must meet minimum age requirements as required by Texas law for the sale of alcohol and tobacco products.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the store.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical job duties throughout the duration of the shift.
