Join our growing team. Rozier Hardt McDonough is a boutique patent litigation firm based in Atlanta, Austin, and Washington DC. We are searching for a driven and experienced Senior Associate to work our of either our Atlanta or Austin office, though we will consider remote work for well-qualified applicants.
The ideal candidate would have 4-10 years of high-level patent litigation experience; excellent research and writing skills; strong communication skills; experience with running day to day litigations tasks, including discovery and motions practice; deposition experience; USPTO registration and technical education background are preferred, but not required.
