Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, including experience maintaining accurate records and processing payroll. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data, including attendance, performance, and compensation.
  • Analyze and resolve employee-related issues, including conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing training to employees.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer and manage our company's benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
  • Monitor and maintain the leave of absence program including tracking usage of FMLA.

  • Manage and coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for approximately 200 employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to other departments as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Experience and Skills :

    Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in related field or HR certification preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years of experience processing payroll.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
