A company is looking for a Coordinator, P2P Appeals. Key Responsibilities Manage denied inpatient referrals and schedule Peer to Peer calls with medical directors Document information from payer calls and enter account status into multiple databases Support various functions within the department, including case entry and appeals support Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Call center experience preferred Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial / Managed Care product lines is a plus Prior experience with hospital EMRs and Payer Portals preferred Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with accurate keyboard skills (minimum 30 wpm)
